Blackwater Audio is a professional recording studio located in Centennial, Colorado. Above all, our goal is to help you create and capture your music in a way that you've never heard before. We want to tear the veil between what you've only imagined and what is truly possible for your art. Our studio is centered around Pro Tools HD with Avid S3 + Dock control, as well as the latest technology from Universal Audio, SSL and more. We also pride ourselves on our microphone collection, and are an authorized dealer for FLEA Microphones. We have a number of high quality and boutique tube mics from FLEA, Warm Audio, and Advanced Audio, as well as a variety of studio standards from Shure, AKG, Royer, Sennheiser, and more. Read More. 

Blackwater Audio originally began as Denver Grown Music and Recording in 2008, after owner/engineer Tyler Duffus graduated with a MEIS degree from the University of Colorado Denver. It has seen several locations, and incarnations, but in October of 2018, it was given a new image as Blackwater Audio.
